We spoke to some "professionals" and they recommended that we just tear the Bandroom down. Hmmm, let's see. It would cost a good amount to do that, and then we'd have to cram a PA system and half-dozen amps and two drum sets into, what, the front room? a POD? another shed? HUH??
So we decided to change the roofline, to divert rain away from the "catchbasin" patio.
I think it's a pretty good idea. And I'm not a professional.
